If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the description, contact us within 14 days of delivery at gridessentials@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a full refund — no need to return the item. Please note that due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues.
